2 Log Cabins, Sleeps 10, Beach Access, large yard

We came with a large group of friends and families, renting both cabins. The property was an absolute dream for our group. The indoor spaces were beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. The outdoor space was great for kids running around. We walked to town almost every day, Booth Bay Harbor was such a great area, lots to do. The hosts were super responsive and friendly to deal with. Totally loved it!

We enjoyed our stay overall at this property. The houses were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the charming Adirondack decor. It was nice to have the smaller carriage house for the kids to sleep and play in. The yard and fire pit were a big hit! Plenty of space to run around and the outdoor games were great. Check-in and communication with the host was a breeze. The house is not as close to the beach as the listing indicates. It was a very long walk and made far more sense to drive. The beach does have some parking. The beach itself is very small and disappears almost completely at high tide. With a family of small children, we’d planned to spend considerable time there and ended up driving 30-40 minutes to Pemaquid beach instead. The location is however extremely close to downtown Boothbay Harbor. If your primary goal is to spend time in the harbor - you cannot beat this location. The 9 am check out was really hard with 3 small kids. I’ve never seen one that early before!

Great option for two families traveling together. Uniquely curated home and furnishings in a beautiful location. 3 min drive to beach and less than 15min to many other attractions. Hosts were extremely responsive. For families with younger children, be aware there are large windows with a significant drop that (because of no AC) need to stay open to cool the house.
