Boothbay Harbor Oceanfront Home, Dock, Hot Tub, Sunrise Views

we’ve been coming to the Bristol area for 35 years and this was by far the best trip we had. the home was absolutely stunning and having access to the Spruce Point inn amenities was such a nice bonus. from the decks, the two living rooms, the hot tub, the comfortable beds, and the big kitchen - it was the perfect spot for three dogs and six adults. the waterfront view was incredible and being so close to Boothbay was a bonus. we hope to return soon and can’t thank Newcastle Rentals enough! :)

I have a family of various ages and interests, including a small niece. This property was better than the photos may have indicated in terms of its location and its view. It is part of a very private neighborhood and it was very obvious that you were safe. The hosts were excellent and did make us feel very welcome. Be advised that there is no real signage on the house (not even a number), so at first I did feel like I was potentially barging in on a random house! The house is part of a local Inn's broader community, so you have access to both a heated pool and a lovely saltwater pool right off the ocean. There were lots of excellent amenities as part of that situation, so kids or adolescents would like it. The kitchen had more pans and cooking implements than many other rentals, so it was a great place to cook as a family. In fact, we had such a great time the first night we decided to just cook at home as a family several other times. Book it and love it! :-)

We stayed at the Sunrise in Boothbay Harbor and it was absolutely stunning. We took a chance since we had never been to Boothbay Harbor before, but the pictures of the house captivated me. The listing showed it as oceanfront with views that filled the windows, and the house was truly “as shown” in person. I appreciated that nothing was misleading, and the photos were completely accurate. From the beautiful view to the hot tub and the dock, we were so comfortable and didn’t want to leave. The front of the house had tall butterfly plants with tons of monarchs flying around all day long. It was amazing to see and made the stay even more special. We enjoyed our time so much and will definitely be back.
